In this final milestone for rolling out our direct-to-consumer therapy services, we wanted to give prospective members a way to sign up on web. Before this milestone, members needed to first download the app in order to find the therapy on-ramp.

Hypothesis

By combining an eligibility check, insurance verification, Headspace registration, and appointment scheduling, we will activate prospective members reached by our go-to-market campaign.
